Responsibilities Support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) with financial and administrative tasks.
Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)/Chief Risk Officer (CRO) on strategic initiatives and risk management projects.
Conduct detailed research and analysis to deliver insights on market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory developments.
Assist in creating and maintaining financial models, reports, and presentations to support decision-making processes.
Contribute to operational efficiency by participating in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools, along with a proactive and self-driven approach to tasks and projects.
