Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Realtime Recruitment
We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer for a client in Dublin on a day-rate contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes orchestration, monitoring solutions, and GitOps practices to help optimize our infrastructure and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure
* Manage and optimize container orchestration workflows
* Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Thanos
* Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD and GitOps practices
* Configure and maintain Azure DevBox environments
* Automate deployment processes and infrastructure management
* Implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure
* Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles
* Strong expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration
* Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Thanos for monitoring at scale
* Proficiency with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows
* Experience configuring and managing Azure DevBox environments
* Strong Git knowledge and version control practices
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
