About The Team
The National Lottery Product Team sits within the wider Commercial function at Premier Lotteries Ireland (PLI) and is responsible for the ideation, design, delivery and lifecycle management of all lottery products through its retail and digital channels.
The team manages the National Lottery’s instant and draw based portfolio of games, both local and multi-jurisdictional, with multiple supplier relationships and internal stakeholders. Central to our mission is to provide exciting games that appeal to both existing and potential players, designed to be both safe and fun to play under a ‘little from many’ philosophy, adhering to rigorous & established design and development processes and in line with regulatory and player protection obligations.

About The Role
* As part of the Product Development Lifecycle you will:
o Assist with the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
o Review, approve and circulate for approval Scratch Card prize structures and Game Specifications.
o Manage all documentation stored and tasks completed in a bespoke app Game Lifecycle App.
o Assist with new Scratch Card game approval process and successor game notification.
o Assist during the game load process.
* In relation to Game Rules Development, you will:
o Using approved templates, draft, evolve and finalise all games rules for Scratch Cards and Instant Win Games with input from subject matter experts.
o Draft and version control all general rules for the suite of National Lottery games and act as subject matter expert in reviewing and finalising these game rules, working with relevant business owners.
o Devise and control templates for Company Game Rules documentation.
* You will assist with the delivery of the Scratch Card roadmap plan.
* You will manager notifications about games loaded on the system, launches of games to market and game end reporting.
* You will be the first point of contact for Customer Support and Claims queries in relation to Scratch Cards.
* You will manage stakeholder updates on product through presentations, reports and content in Star Game News.
* You will have responsibility for monitoring performance and tracking weekly stock levels to ensure sufficient stock availability and will brief orders to Scratch Card suppliers in time to avoid an out of stock scenario.
* You will be responsible for website/app updates including:
o Managing content for game launches to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
o Ensuring the correct version control of game rules and procedures are published online.
o Top prize availability and game end dates updates for all Scratch Card games.
* You will follow established processes and procedures ensuring controls are implemented.
* You will be responsible for providing other game development support to the wider Commercial Team with a view to providing back fill capability as needed.
* You should stay up to date with industry trends; assisting with the briefing for new product testing to PLI’s research agency.
* You'll assist with other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
.About You
* You have a Level 6 or higher and/or BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
* You're a super user of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
* You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, and Illustrator an advantage but not essential.
* You can consistently follow processes with a keen attention to detail is essential.
* You have an understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
* You have excellent project management skills and an ability to work on own initiative to tight deadlines.
* You're an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and motivate others and engender strong cross functional relationships.
* You have an “eye for design” and the ability to critically assess quality of design.
* Having knowledge of lottery or digital gaming products it is a distinct advantage.
