AI Solution Architect
Dublin (onsite when required)
I'm currently working with a top-tier consultancy that's driving innovation through AI. We're looking for an AI Solution Architect with a strong background in AI product design and hands-on experience building AI-driven solutions. If you’re passionate about shaping intelligent systems from the ground up and want to play a key role in delivering transformative AI products, this could be for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an AI Solution Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in the early stages of the software development lifecycle, working closely with Portfolio Delivery teams to understand both customer needs and technical requirements. You’ll architect innovative, scalable, and reusable solutions aligned with tech standards, and lead the delivery from concept to implementation within Agile pods.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with stakeholders to explore business and tech challenges and shape effective AI-driven solutions
* Designing and documenting resilient, secure, and scalable architecture that supports Agile delivery principles
* Championing reuse, security-by-design, and platform modernization
* Contributing to the technology roadmap with forward-thinking design
* Supporting implementation, from infrastructure set-up to delivery, while empowering dev teams with a light-touch leadership style
* Participating in architecture reviews and ensuring compliance with internal standards
* Providing technical guidance, cost estimation input, and support throughout delivery
* Staying engaged in the broader AI and tech community to bring innovation into practice
* Has 2–3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building AI solutions
* Can engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders
* Has a strong foundation in solution architecture and a track record of successful AI system delivery
* Demonstrates curiosity and a passion for new AI tools, models, and patterns
* Experience with tools like GPT, Gemini, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
* Understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA), bias detection, and responsible AI practices
* Familiarity with AI offerings across AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Experience designing systems powered by intelligent agents
* Knowledge of tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate dev cycles
* Strong cross-functional collaboration with AI engineers, data architects, and other technical experts
Tech Stack & Tools You Should Know:
* MEAN stack / .NET Core / Python or similar middleware stacks
* Microservices architecture, Containerization/Kubernetes
* Experience with Big Data, Data Lakes, BI Tools
* Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
* Agile methodologies and use of standard architecture documentation frameworks: C4, UML, Archimate
