We are seeking a Supervisor for an Energy & Natural Gas plant in Islands District.
Duties:
- Ensure a safe, effective, and efficient day-to-day operation of the facility
- Implement operational plans & maintenance activities in facilities during assigned shift
- Supervise and instruct contractor on daily maintenance activities; assess, review, and provide feedback on performance; indicate desired corrective actions
- Ensure the electrical systems are compliant at all times with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate shift activities with the maintenance team, whilst maintaining good communications with all plant staff during assigned shift
- Manage and update work instructions
- Improve the effectiveness of work procedures
- Prepare and guide minor maintenance activities with the team and interact with the contractor when required
- Manages the jetty spare parts and orders them from the Asset Owner when required
Requirements:
- Registered Electrical Worker Grade B0 or Grade H0
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Associate Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Relevant operational experience preferably in Oil, Gas, Chemical, or other related processing industry
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
