Masterfire are hiring a fulltime Health & Safety Manager based in Ardee, Co. Louth covering sites nationwide. The successful candidate should be an expert within their field, have a minimum of 5 years' experience with relevant qualification and will be responsible for promoting a positive Health & Safety culture throughout the Organisation.Duties:Manage, maintain and develop the safety management system of the company (SAFE-T)Completing risk assessments and method statementComplete Health & Safety audits at all locations and support teams in the development and deployment of corrective actions.Acting as PSCS on sites as requiredCompleting accident investigationsProvide relevant accident information to the insurerMaintaining safety records, including training records, plant & equipmentReview sub-contractors' safety statements and relevant documentation to ensure compliance with safety regulationsManaging safety of the company fleetDeliver safety training and tool box talksAttending client meetings nationwideAdminister safety induction trainingSupport and guide on site project managersProvide input to the tendering process for potential workManage Health & Safety TeamMicrosoft Office experience including excel for reporting purposesRequirements:Level 8 Health & Safety QualificationMinimum 5 years' experienceKnowledge of ISO45001 or SAFE-TPSCS – Project Supervisor Construction StageExperience in completing site auditsFull clean driving licenceDelivering Manual Handling & Working from Heights training preferableExperience working in electrical / engineering industry preferableKnowledge of the below preferable:a.
