Brand Executive to join Stafford Lynch. Stafford Lynch are recruiting for a Brand Executive to join our team.
Our Company Stafford Lynch is a leading sales, marketing and distribution service provider to multi channels in the Irish market. We manage a portfolio of leading FMCG brands including Schwartz, Energizer, Mutti, San Pellegrino, Baxters, John West, PZ Cussons, Canderel, Andrex, Kleenex.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to commence or broaden your career experience in an established FMCG business and support strong profile brands, across multiple categories in the Irish market.
The Focus Of This Role Is To
* Lead execution and in market activation of the marketing & commercial activities across a number of the existing brands in the Stafford Lynch portfolio.
* Work with our brand partners commercial teams on the strategy and priorities for the brands and NPD.
* Support administration processes.
* The role is fast paced, hands on and perfect for someone who wants to begin or expand their experience, demonstrate ownership for a portfolio and thrive on working with cross functional teams.
Role Description
* Brand Executive to support the Stafford Lynch Brand team
* Manage a portfolio of Brands
* Lead contact for specified Brands
* Deliver a high standard of communication and service for assigned Principals
* Support the activation of Brand marketing and commercial plans
Responsibilities
* Support in the building of comprehensive brand plans to reflect the strategy and priorities of our Brands
* Support in managing the relationships with Brand Partners
* Prepare and support at Principal review meetings and ensure we deliver a high standard of information and meet relevant deadlines
* Monitor and post evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities to inform future plans and improve return on investment
* Manage NPD implementation; evaluate and develop new opportunities where possible
* Work with sales management to ensure concise and clear communication of brand plans and in trade execution requirements
Experience & Skills
* Strong business acumen and commercial awareness; possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, budget management
* High energy self-starter as well as collaborative team player
* Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the Irish grocery sector and major customers
* Have proven track record of delivering targets / growth
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Strong MS Office Experience Essential: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
* Preferably 3rd level degree in business or marketing or proven experience in the retail trade
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid working role, two days (sometimes three), in based in our office in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15, and the remaining days working from home.
