It will report to the Senior Account ManagerKEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Own and develop customer trading plans to include revenue, profit, trade investment & promotion activation KPIsWork across functions to include marketing, finance and supply chain while inputting into all relevant internal planning processesLead customer negotiations with full alignment on variables and deliverables with Senior National Account ManagerProvide robust forecast planning in line with your account plans to ensure delivery of service level KPI'sBuild and maintain long term partnerships with customers to create 'preferred supplier' statusAnalysis of different data sets (internal & external) to provide ongoing tracking and reporting of performance metrics.Deliver annual innovation product launch plans which drive incremental category growthIn conjunction with the category team, deploy customer, and category insight to identify optimum portfolio mixKEY REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial sales position within the FMCG sectorStrong commercial acumen, results driven and experience in a customer facing environmentBe a skilled negotiator with natural analytical skills and the ability to interpret dataHighly collaborative and understand the importance of working in a customer centric way.Clear communicator with strong persuasive and presentation capabilities.Proven capacity for attention to detail while managing multiple projectsA self-starter, driven and ambitious with an appetite to make an impactStrategic thinker with the ability to spot opportunities and adapt when neededComfortable in a fast moving environment and willing to travel to customer meetingsORNUA COMPETENCIES:WORKING TOGETHER: Encourages co-operation in own team and support cross functional working.COMMUNICATIVE: Communicates confidently, adapting style for different situations.OWNERSHIP: Clarifies accountabilities, overlaps, and gaps, and helps other remain motivated through difficult times.CUSTOMER FOCUS: Pays attention to customer satisfaction levels and builds good relationships.Ornua is an equal opportunities employer.Closing date: Tuesday 16th December
