This is an all-encompassing role where you will be a key member of the leadership team and will have a genuine impact on taking the business to the next level. Our client has impressive plans to scale and is well positioned for accelerated growth both in Ireland and overseas. The Financial Controller will be involved in day-to-day finance activities, implementing best practice systems and controls, as well as providing value-added information to influence decision-making and the company's strategic direction. This role suits someone commercially minded, entrepreneurial, with great energy to bring to the team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities will include:
1. Responsibility for monthly and year-end reporting, investigating variances and overall results to assist business performance.
2. Continuous improvement initiatives, developing best-in-class reporting, and enhancing all elements of financial information.
3. Responsible for regular commercial reporting to executive management, providing accurate and timely insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
4. Maintaining a strong control environment during a period of growth and expansion.
5. Leading the preparation and coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes.
6. Contributing to strategies for driving revenue growth.
7. Providing strong balance sheet and working capital management.
ABOUT THE PERSON
The successful candidate will have:
* Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE.
* Excellent commercial acumen.
* Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
* Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
* Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
