Senior Finance Analyst - DEPUY SYNTHES (Fixed Term)
Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone company, DePuy Synthes. The transition is expected to be completed within 18‑24 months, subject to regulatory approvals and employee consultations. Upon completion, you will be employed by DePuy Synthes under its employment processes, programs, policies and benefit plans.
Job Description
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will coordinate and consolidate monthly financials for the Joints platform, manage forecasting, and partner with Financial Controllers and FP&A teams to provide accurate financial data to leadership.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and consolidate monthly financials for the Joints platform, including headcount reporting.
Coordinate Joints forecasting – latest models, BP, JU, NU, MTP, LRFP, etc.
Business partner with Joints Plant Financial controllers.
Business partner with the FP&A team for Joints related queries.
Report Absorbable, CNIS & capital spend for actual and forecast.
Assist the DePuy Synthes Finance Director and Finance Value Stream teams in providing accurate financial data in the form of platform P&Ls to the leadership team.
Build relationships with global senior leadership & functional heads, supporting them to drive sustainable growth.
Create value by assisting in developing strategies with partners to improve efficiencies and deliver business plan targets.
Drive financial accountability, ensuring that the financial implications of operational decisions are considered.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA accountant.
3+ years of relevant multinational experience (desirable).
Supply chain finance experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry (desirable).
Proven multicultural business partnering track record (desirable).

Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: €63,300.00 – €113,700.00.
