Job Description
We are seeking a Training Consultant to join our team. As a member of our Functional Training Team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver training solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with defining learning objectives that support functional requirements.
* Design and develop training solutions
* Work with management, business process consultants and subject matter experts to understand desired outcomes
* Develop project plans and identify subject matter experts where necessary
* Evaluate training development programs for effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a training curriculum for Market Operations
* Coordinate and deliver new hire training within relevant geographic locations
* Design and deliver instructor-led and self-paced training for existing systems and new system roll-outs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Operational experience in the funds industry
* Ability to develop consulting, writing and presenting skills
* Financial services operations experience
* Experience in developing instructor-led and self-paced training solutions
