Technical Implementation Manager

Location: Cork Hybrid or Germany remote

Role Overview

In this position, you will be a subject matter expert for asset and data migration related to the Canto product offerings. This involves managing the migration process of all the internal Canto DAMs, third-party DAMs, AWS S3 migrations, and SFTP migrations. You will manage the ingestion and transformation process of existing DAM metadata and PIM data for customers. This position requires a high level of client interaction via online meetings, responding to emails promptly, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.It will require problem solving, analytical skills, Excel knowledge, AWS experience, and the ability to think outside the box.

The right person for this role enjoys working with clients, can problem solve on the fly, has a technical aptitude on business applications, has a strong client focus, exhibits the right communication skills, and can balance multiple projects concurrently.

Role Responsibilities


* Contribute to the asset and data migration process for customers migrating from internal DAMs such as Cumulus, MerlinOne, and ImageRelay
* Contribute to the asset and data migration process for customers migrating from competitor DAMs such as Bynder, Brandfolder, Aquia, Celum, etc
* Set up and manage S3 data migrations for customers. This includes but is not limited to creating and managing SFTP users and transitioning assets
* Assist in the documentation of the migration processes when transitioning from internal and competitor DAMs
* Ability to work with migration scripts and oversee metadata configuration as needed.
* Provide pre-sales support, addressing technical questions regarding asset and data migrations, MDC, and CAF
* Ensure a smooth migration process by managing expectation, organizing assets, and maintaining data integrity
* Act as a centralized resource for cross-function teams, supporting Implementation Managers, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and Support with migration requests.

Qualifications

* 3+ years' experience with customer software implementations or support
* A customer-focused approach, as well as good organizational skills, and an efficient solution-oriented working style
* Possesses an analytical mindset, using data and critical thinking to solve problems
* Able to run and troubleshoot scripts to support automation, data extraction, and data manipulation
* Foundational knowledge of SaaS/Cloud and database solutions within Hyper-V environments
* An affinity for tech and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with software
* Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
* Possess the ability to think critically and outside of the box to help your customers solve challenges and use-cases
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with consistent change, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
* A self-starter who likes to learn and ask questions
* Excited to receive feedback and continue developing your skills and knowledge base
* Fluency in English is required
