Job Title: Automation Systems Director
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive the development and implementation of innovative automation systems that improve patient outcomes and resolve manufacturing challenges.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams, manage resource planning and project management, and oversee the design, prototyping, assembly, development, and troubleshooting of complex automation systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, experience in automation deployment, track record in managing technical and/or automation disciplines, and experience working in a regulated industry.

Preferred qualifications include successful project management leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Solidworks, excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills, including high discretion/judgment in decision making.
The role requires strong documentation and communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management skills with the ability to drive achievement of objectives.
