CSL is a leading supplier of electrical and mechanical services to the Water, Pharma and Food industries. We are now recruiting for an Instrumentation Technician Service Engineer primarily for the Meath area but with requirements on occasion in other areas.CSL will provide training on instrumentation where required but individuals must already be a proven competent instrument tech with at least 2-3 years' experience and possess a good knowledge of electrical installations, panels, control wiring with good troubleshooting ability.Knowledge of the water/wastewater process is desirable.Potential candidates must have the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team. The role is a mixed variety of maintenance works and small installations.This role comes with competitive salary package, company vehicle, phone, and training where applicable.Responsibilities:Carry out instrumentation service/calibrations, commissioning, maintenance and repairs to various types of equipment on water and waste water treatment plants and pump stations.Troubleshooting and resolution of on-site issues on an array of equipment ranging from Flow, level, water analysers, inverters, controllers.Install new plant items; wire in control panels and components, pumps, instruments, and all electrical items on site.Daily liaison with Service dept personnel and client on findings and recommendations.General administration duties include report writing, record keeping, take off's etc.Provide the highest level of customer serviceThe ideal candidate must be:Highly motivated self-starter.An excellent communicator both Written and VerbalWilling to learn about new equipment and technology.Requirements:Experienced Electrician / Instrument TechnicianFull clean driving licence.Package:Competitive SalarySubsistence AllowanceSick Pay SchemeCompany Van25 Days Annual LeavePhone & LaptopBike to work schemeEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingJob Type: PermanentExperience:Instrument Calibration: 3 years (required)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Location:CO.
