* Technical aptitude, with experience in SQL or data analysis an advantage

Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Operations & Finance Systems Lead, the Business Systems Consultant will play a central role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled improvements across the organisation:
* Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs
* Translate operational and finance requirements into clear deliverables for development teams
* Support solution design and contribute to functional specifications
* Manage testing cycles and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Collaborate with operations, finance and technology stakeholders
* Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities
* Promote best practices in delivery, documentation and change management
