Your new company We are recruiting for a BID Manager to join a Tier 1 building firm on a permanent basis. This is a high-profile role, where you are in charge of strategic bids across Ireland. This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression within the company. Your new role Lead end-to-end bid management, from tender identification to submission. Develop bid strategies, manage timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate proposal development and ensure compliance with client requirements. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, engineers, and business development teams. Build strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement in bid processes. What you'll need to succeed Third level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in bid/tendering roles in construction, preferably large-scale projects. Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver high-quality bids. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Flexible to travel for client meetings and site visits. Specialising in high-end fit-outs and builds, you will have exposure to state-of-the-art projects across Ireland. On offer is a base salary, paying between €80 - 100,000 plus bonuses.
