* The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing a residential service in the Cruachan Area, supporting resource management and staffing, including rosters, staff development, facilitating communication and professional leadership to ensure a good quality of life for service users.

* The role involves working in one particular area of the service, however work location may change depending on service needs.

Requirements:
">
">
* A relevant 3rd level qualification in the Social Care or Health Sector is required. A Nursing qualification and current Live Register Certificate from NMBI or Social Care qualification registered with or eligible to register with CORU by November 2025 are preferred qualifications.
">
* Previous experience of effectively managing a staff team and demonstrating a proven ability to pro-actively lead, motivate, empower and achieve results through people is an advantage.
">
* A minimum of three years post qualification experience working with people with an Intellectual Disability is essential.
">
* Demonstrate a clear commitment to community integration and active citizenship for all people with disabilities with experience in the area of human rights and advocacy.
">
