What you will do
Own the full finance function across a €55m operation
Lead and develop a finance team of 4
Deliver high-quality management reporting, cashflow and forecasting
Drive control, visibility and performance across a multi-revenue business
Partner directly with senior leadership on commercial decisions
What you bring
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Proven motor industry experience, this is essential
Financial Controller experience or a strong No.2 ready to step up
Strong commercial mindset with excellent cashflow and reporting experience
Confident, hands‑on and comfortable operating at pace
