Production Role
* Our team member will ensure production adheres to Quality, Delivery, and Safety standards by monitoring resources and maintaining quality.
* The individual will adhere to build schedules to meet product release plans, performing each work step in the production of units and assembling products in line with company needs.
* They will investigate process problems, abnormalities or defects, take action and provide documentation. They will also work with Operations Line Lead to ensure product release time goals are met.
* The ideal candidate will perform incoming, in-process, final inspection, tests and audits per requirements on all supplier components, working with quality and engineering teams to ensure products meet requirements.
* High school diploma with ideally 1–2 years of medical device experience.
* Use of microscope and catheter experience is beneficial.
* Strong understanding of written procedures and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) is required.
* Candidates should have knowledge of and be able to perform all jobs within their area of oversight.
