At the Sweep Bar and Restaurant we are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our established kitchen team. We work daily to provide our customers with excellent food and hospitality.The candidate must have the following:3 Years plus experience as a Sous Chef.Be passionate about delivering high quality dishes with frequent changing menus.Have the ability to work within a team, mentoring staff and guiding Junior Staff.Capable of leading the kitchen team ensuring that all guidelines are achieved daily.Assist the Head Chef in menu creating and Food Development.Full HACCP Training.There is no late night, free car parking.Job Type: Full-timePay: €16.00-€18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
