We are seeking a reliable and motivated
Warehouse Operations Coordinator
to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with inventory control and system management.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Updating ERP systems and maintaining accurate stock records
* Carrying out cycle counts and investigating discrepancies
* Repacking and labelling products as required
* Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment
The Ideal Candidate
* Reliable, organised, and detail-focused
* Comfortable using computers, scanners, Excel, and Google Sheets
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Physically capable of lifting up to
20kg
and standing for extended periods
Experience
* Warehouse experience preferred but not essential
* Full training provided
* Salary €30,000-€32,000
