Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent standards of excellence in all areas of Food & Beverage at Harvey's Point
* Meet, greet, and serve our guests to Harvey’s Point standard
* Ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times
* Deal with guests’ requests effectively and promptly
* Upsell products and services of Harvey’s Point
* Maintain cleanliness of all areas, inside and outside
* Maintain a positive attitude in all workplace areas
About The Role
* Must be available during weekdays and weekends
* Previous experience is desirable but not essential
* Capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
