Key Responsibilities
Manage regulatory driven engagements with clients and provide high quality consulting services to a portfolio of clients.
Lead teams to elicit business requirements across a range of Finance and Risk stakeholders and translate into practical data and transformational needs.
Seamlessly work through ambiguous problems, defining client needs and approaching complex engagements and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
Manage the delivery of solutions end to end, create and manage plans, program/project trackers, budgets and work packages, coordinate cross functional resources and ensure high quality deliverables with adherence to timelines and budgets.
Write sharp and concise documents suitable for C Suite client level and deliver presentations to C Suite client level while handling live feedback from clients.
Understand EY's service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients across our range of services.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Finance and Risk data and reporting matters, stay abreast of emerging business and industry trends relevant to our clients' needs.
Provide analysis and recommendations for Cloud platforms, Regulatory reporting tools, Power BI or similar tools to support clients in leveraging the appropriate technology to enhance performance.
Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships and networks, identify business development opportunities and lead proposal development efforts.
Practice and People Development Responsibilities
Lead diverse teams with varying skillsets and adapt leadership style to fit team, client, and their cultural needs.
Contribute to expanding our brand in the market by attending relevant events, collaborating with other internal teams, and producing thought leadership.
Participate in business development activities including client presentations and proposals.
Foster a supportive, inclusive and growth‑team‑oriented work culture; coach our people and support them with personal development and performance management processes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8‑10 years relevant experience including consulting experience and expertise in regulatory reporting requirements (BCBS239, RDARR, IFRS9, etc.).
Experience in developing comprehensive project plans, Statements of Work (SOW), resource models and process flows, leveraging data lineage to ensure accurate tracking and governance.
Hands‑on delivery experience across ECB/CBI and Bo E/PRA reporting suites, including resubmissions and end‑to‑end control frameworks (awareness of EBA Pillar 3 ESG disclosures and EU taxonomy).
Experience in implementing, maintaining and leveraging Saa S and cloud‑based applications in a regulatory reporting environment.
Experience in eliciting business requirements across Finance and Risk stakeholders and translating into practical data and transformational needs.
Thorough understanding of data governance requirements for regulatory reporting, including data ownership, data quality management and data taxonomy.
Experience in identifying, evaluating and deploying the right technology to support clients' strategic agenda.
Preparation of executive summaries for steering committees; cross‑entity stakeholder management across jurisdictions and client relationship management skills.
Proven track record in leading large and complex (multi‑year) regulatory reporting transformation projects and engagements end to end, with experience applying methodologies such as Prince 2 / Agile / Scrum.
Experience in delivering change through multi‑disciplinary stakeholders and collaborating across jurisdictions.
Strong communications skills, with experience leading strategy material and presenting to C‑suite stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and develop others; effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines and plans; manage client expectations and deliver quality projects.
Desired / Additional Experience
Experience in regulatory reporting production, critical reporting underpinning capital, liquidity and profitability with appropriate control frameworks.
Project Management Certification and/or Agile certification desirable (e.g.
PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
Experience in the identification, evaluation and deployment of the right technology to support clients' strategic agenda including exposure to Cloud platforms, a wide range of regulatory reporting tools, Power BI or similar tools.
Management Consulting experience.
