A company that prides itself on quality and service, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our team to ensure that projects and maintenance programs have adequate paperwork, resources and equipment to fulfill our customers requirements.
The Role:
* Liaising with the Customer, Sales & Technical departments to ensure projects are delivered
* Development and issuing of project plans
* Ordering of equipment and consumables
* Generation and submittal of project and maintenance documentation
* Maintenance planning
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar role is desired
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Experience with Microsoft Office & CRM software
