Job Opportunity: Clinical Psychology Professional
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, formulating psychological understanding of clients' difficulties, and providing individual and group-based therapeutic interventions.

* Conduct thorough psychological assessments, including clinical interviews, psychometric testing, and structured observations.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients' challenges, drawing on various theoretical models.
* Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT-informed approaches, ACT, schema therapy, and psychoeducation.
* Support clients in setting recovery-focused goals and treatment plans.
* Provide family and carer support sessions when necessary.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team case discussions, care planning, and clinical decision-making.
* Offer consultation and psychological input to colleagues within the team.
* Engage in risk assessment and management to ensure safe and appropriate clinical practice.
* Maintain high standards of clinical documentation in line with professional guidelines.
* Contribute to service evaluation, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate in the development of mental health programs and pathways within the service.
* Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) and clinical supervision.
* Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
* Professional registration with relevant governing body.
* Proven experience in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and delivering therapeutic interventions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
