This is a permanent field based opportunity covering clients nationwide. 1 day per week in the Dublin office.RoleThis will be a highly commercial role focusing on their shelf management and labour-saving product range for the retail market.This role will form part of the wider sales team.The role encompasses sales, relationship management, business development, and commercial responsibilities, working with major retailers across the country.This position will allow you to make an instant impact working on new business as well as working with established and highly valued clients.You will operate to the highest standards with customer focus and satisfaction being your core drivers.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a proven sales / business development background in the retail space, coming from retail activation, shopper marketing or merchandising roles with experience working with retailers and selling commercially proven solutions.Ability to own and drive a sales target, achieving and exceeding budget.Experience in full sales conversion process; identifying prospects, developing sales offers and materials, tracking leads/calls/status, and conversions.Worked in an FMCG environment.Excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to build trust with customers.Must demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel to an advanced level and be able to develop reports essential.
