Key Responsibilities
* Ensure professional and credible administration of HR activities.
* Manage staff records for audit readiness and compliance.
* Compile comprehensive employee trend analysis reports.

* Coordinate payroll activities with external partners.
* Provide support on pay-related matters to employees.
Employee Experience and Communication
* Enhance employee engagement through strategic HR initiatives.
* Support the development of a cohesive site communication strategy.
* Drive organisational change through design and management strategies.
Operational HR
* Ensure smooth operational practices for HR initiatives.
* Partner with line managers to optimise departmental performance.
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
* Attract and retain required site talent.
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Talent Management and Development
* Drive talent management activities and engagement programs.
* Manage annual performance development reviews for non-management grades.
Industrial Relations
* Provide expert advice on disciplinary/grievance/ER issues.
* Proactively manage absenteeism and related matters.
Project Design and Delivery
* Assist in delivering key transformation projects.
* Develop bi-annual People Survey Road Maps.
Communications
* Responsible for policy harmonisation and compliance.
* Disseminate regular internal communications effectively.
On-boarding
* Ensure effective employee orientation and on-boarding programs.
* Follow-up and evaluate on-boarding processes with new hires.
