We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation & Campaign Leads Manager to join our high-performing marketing team in a time of exciting growth.
This role is pivotal in driving SmartBear's marketing automation efforts, ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly and contribute to the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a passion for marketing technology and a track record of successful campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Automation Execution
o Own the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including the creation, deployment, and optimization using Marketo.
o Manage and maintain landing pages and forms to ensure seamless user experiences and data capture.
o Oversee the subscription center operations, ensuring compliance with email preferences and regulations.
* Campaign Management & Quality Assurance
o Develop and govern the email marketing calendar, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align campaign schedules.
o Implement rigorous campaign QA processes to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with industry standards.
o Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements (e.g., subject lines, content, send times) to optimize performance.
* Lead Management & Scoring
o Manage lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on engagement and likelihood to convert.
o Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.
* Reporting & Analytics
o Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
o Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform stakeholders and guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
* Education & Experience
o 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a strong focus on email marketing and campaign management.
o Proven experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
* Technical Proficiency
o Expertise in creating and managing email campaigns, landing pages, and forms within a marketing automation platform.
o Strong understanding of lead scoring methodologies and CRM integration.
o Proficient in analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
* Skills & Abilities
o Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
o Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally with various teams.
o Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and continuously learn new technologies and best practices.
