As an entry level Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of supporting our clients, carriers, and internal teams. You'll handle requests for installing and activating connectivity solutions, ensuring seamless service and accurate billing. You'll become an expert in onboarding customers to our state-of-the-art hosting facilities, all while developing essential analytical and communication skills. What You'll Do: Support and onboard customers and carriers to our hosting facilities. Monitor and troubleshoot basic billing inquiries. Create and submit Remedy tickets to engage internal teams for connectivity solutions. Accurately input and manage data across various systems (Enterprise Data Base, CRM, SharePoint, etc.). Utilize automation tools for provisioning and troubleshooting. Learn connectivity billing procedures and respond to customer questions. What We're Looking For: Beginner-level analytical skills. Basic understanding of connectivity or hosting procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow established processes while applying critical thinking when needed. Proficiency in data entry and management across multiple systems. Bonus Points: 1+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in network connectivity, telecom, or IT infrastructure. This could include the ability to manage multiple client related projects in parallel, updating the CRM system, creating, maintaining and updatingtTrackers e.g. Smartsheet; and providing concise updates to stakeholders. Experience with WAN, LAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity. Familiarity with Telecom carriers and Data Centers.
