Job Title:
Sales Growth Manager
Reporting to: Director of Sales and Operations
Main Responsibilities:
* Cultivate new business opportunities across all segments through proactive sales planning and account management.
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Operations to achieve strategic objectives in the sales business plan.
* Promote the hotel's offerings at sales team meetings, customer events, and other external engagements.
* Efficiently utilize various tools such as CRM, BI Tools, Market Intelligence Tools, and Solver to streamline work processes.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Source and win new business locally and globally across all owned business segments.
* Develop and nurture new accounts across all owned segments for the hotels.
* Identify and manage new opportunities in your market in line with hotels strategy and across the wider group portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years experience working within a similar position in hospitality industry
* Effective communicator with strong analytical skills and ability to understand business trends
* Excellent organization and planning skills
* Sales focused and results driven individual
* Strong negotiation skills with ability to build long-lasting relationships
