Temporary Kitchen Professional
We are seeking experienced relief chefs for temporary work in the Roscrea area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a busy kitchen environment, with strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food to a high standard of quality and presentation.
* Assist in stock management and quality control.
* Practice high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Maintain excellent communication within the team.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum level 2 Chef qualification.
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a busy kitchen/catering environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Excellent communication skills.
