Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Education to 3rd level standard in Youth and Community Work, Teaching or Adult Education,
* A relevant pedagogical/training qualification,
* Experience of working in a specialized training environment,
* Experience of working with young people with additional support needs including intellectual disabilities, ASD, physical and sensory needs and/or mental health difficulties,
* Experience in developing and delivering QQI accredited modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out one-to-one key working, assist learners in developing their person-centred plans, maintain all records required for effective monitoring of learners' progress, provide systematic training according to specified curricula, and use various methodologies to support achievement of learners' goals.
