- €55,000 Annually Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time Responsibilities: As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations in key areas including Storage Media Reconciliation, Reprogramming, Packing, Shredding, and Finished Goods.Your role is pivotal in driving change to enhance quality and efficiency ?? Maintain a positive team atmosphere and ensure fair treatment of all associates.Supervise a well-trained workforce, identifying and training successors for key roles.Achieve production goals while upholding the highest quality standards.Generate, maintain, and distribute essential reports.Conduct physical inventories to meet accuracy goals.Ensure compliance with company policies and SOP's.Actively track performance data to meet customer contract requirements.Lead regular Operations meetings and participate in relevant training.Promote safety and compliance with all policies.Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement.Key Skills: We're looking for dynamic individuals with: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with MS Office Suite.Outgoing, strong communication skills and good attention to detail Experience Required: Experience in an industrial environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Experience in storage media and electronics refurbishment is a plus Background in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a related field preferred.Experience within a fast paced, regulated environment beneficial Why Join Us?
