We are resourcing a Project Engineer for our client's manufacturing facility, to deliver fit-for-purpose technical solutions, ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental best practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full project lifecycle management for plant and capital expenditure (CapEx) technical engineering projects.Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute capital and technical agendas throughout the development phases of investment projects.Oversee the project design phase, ensuring User Requirement Specifications (URS) are met through close collaboration with local teams and third-party suppliers.Conduct thorough Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at supplier sites to verify specifications.Manage the installation process, coordinating effectively with equipment manufacturers, contractors, and internal plant facilities within an operational environment.Direct commissioning activities to ensure successful achievement of all project deliverables.Execute plant verification and performance assessments, concluding with acceptable Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).Coordinate comprehensive training for employees (operators and technicians) in conjunction with third-party equipment suppliers and local teams.Manage multiple parallel capital project executions, ensuring all projects meet client's quality and performance standards.Oversee engineering resources, external contractors, and implement safe working practices in line with client's standards and procedures.Drive the implementation of engineering developments and standards, developing and executing state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources.For further information please contact Mick on 086-0435195 or forward details in confidence to jobs@headcount.ie
