PE Global Recruitment is partnering with a leading manufacturing group with operations across Ireland and the UK to hire a Group Head of HR.This is a key senior leadership opportunity to shape and deliver the organisation's people strategy across a dynamic, multi-site business that continues to expand through innovation, sustainability, and strategic investment.The company employs over 900 people across several Irish and UK facilities, producing high-quality products for construction and industrial markets.The RoleReporting directly to the joint Managing Directors, the Group Head of HR will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the group's HR and people agenda.This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving performance, engagement, and organisational capability, while leading a strong HR team across multiple sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the group HR strategy in line with company objectives.Partner with senior leadership to standardise HR practices across all business units.Lead employee and industrial relations across multiple unionised sites.Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance frameworks.Support recruitment and selection for key roles, including compensation benchmarking.Lead learning, training, and organisational development initiatives.Coach, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver excellence across all locations.Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.Candidate ProfileDegree in Business, HR, or related discipline (postgraduate qualification desirable).Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role within manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors.Strong experience managing multi-site and unionised environments.Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.Proven track record in organisational change and HR project delivery.Strong HR systems, data management, and payroll oversight skills.Willingness to travel regularly across Ireland and the UK.Why Apply?This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR leader to join a high-performing, growth-focused organisation as part of its senior management team.
