Job Title: HR Generalist
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team as a key member of the site-based team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The successful candidate will cover a wide range of HR responsibilities and associated duties, including representing the HR function locally, planning HR strategies and projects across the site, acting as the key point of contact for employee relations queries, managing recruitment and retention, overseeing training and development activities, updating employee files, and implementing new HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the HR function locally and plan HR strategies and projects across the site.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Generalist role.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft applications.
* Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and deliver on HR duties.
