Homecare Solutions is growing, and were looking for a Care Scheduler to play a vital role in coordinating care services and supporting both our clients and Healthcare Assistants. This position is central to ensuring care is delivered safely, efficiently, and with compassion in clients homes.Benefits of joining our teamCompetitive salary (DOE)Monday to Friday scheduleSupportive and friendly work environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in homecare servicesAs Care Scheduler, You Will Be Responsible ForPlanning, organising, and maintaining all care rotas and staffing requirements to ensure continuity and quality of care.Scheduling client visits based on Healthcare Assistants availability and client care needs.Liaising closely with Care Managers and the Operations Manager to ensure operational priorities are met.Coordinating and maintaining a complete and accurate client service schedule using OneTouch Health.Monitoring, mediating, and logging concerns raised by clients and Healthcare Assistants; escalating issues where appropriate.Acting as a key point of contact between clients and Healthcare Assistants, encouraging clear and effective communication.Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and Healthcare Assistants to support service quality and staff retention.Managing emergency situations decisively and effectively, including last-minute cover and urgent care needs.Coordinating Healthcare Assistants annual leave in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager to ensure adequate service cover.Answering incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.Participating in the on-call roster as required.What Were Looking ForPrevious experience in scheduling, coordination, or administration (homecare or healthcare experience desirable)Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCalm, solution-focused approach, particularly in emergency or high-pressure situationsProfessional, reliable, and team-oriented mindsetIf youre passionate about making a difference and want to join a supportive, friendly, and professional team that truly values its people, wed love to hear from youJob Types: Full-time Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Administrative and Support Services
