We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join our PPP Schools team in Kells.
This is a part time, permanent role and will be subject to Garda Vetting whilst flexibility will be required as the successful candidate will work shifts in an effort to cover evenings and weekends.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To assist and support the FM Site Manager in providing day to day operational management for all services within a portfolio of buildings.
This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationship skills.
Working as part of a team, the Cleaner will be expected to positively contribute to the performance of the business and to develop relationships with both the client and their colleagues.
Core Responsibilities Ensure a clean, tidy and well maintained work space Ensure your designated cleaning area is maintained in a safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and ensure that all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises are compliant with Health and Safety requirements Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role Work within a team and work under your own initiative Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations Experience and Knowledge Fluent English, both written and verbal Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
