Job Overview:
A Senior Quantity Surveyor leads a team of surveyors, managing projects and coordinating estimating functions to secure new works.
The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree, 5-10 years of experience and expertise in various projects including Residential, Civil, Commercial, Retail, Pharma and Public works.
Main Responsibilities:
* Agree project budgets and set commercial targets.
* Agree procurement schedules and ensure coordinated procurement across divisions.
* Monitor all commercial aspects of projects and recover variations.

* Team management experience with ability to mentor junior staff.
* Able to highlight and manage company risks associated with construction contracts.
