The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for:
1. To warmly welcome guests upon arrival, using their name where possible.
2. Arrange for agreed services and products to be available to the guest in a timely and efficient manner.
3. To review daily schedules and correspondence to ensure a seamless guest experience.
4. To be fully familiar with the VIP list and all function sheets so that every guest receives exceptional care.
5. To create personalized activity plans for guests, groups, and families.
6. To introduce a 'WOW' factor into services provided - think ahead, use your initiative to exceed guest expectations.
7. Liaise with management in relation to special events, promotions, and occasions, providing support and upselling opportunities where possible.
The successful candidate should possess:
* A friendly & outgoing personality
* Previous experience in a similar role, desirable but not essential.
* A valid full driver's license.
* Leadership skills.
* Be enthusiastic & flexible (may need to work 5 days over a 7-day period, inclusive of some weekends).
* Strong communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Legally eligible to work in Ireland.
* The ability to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively.
