Job Title: Legal Secretary We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill our Legal Secretary position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong attention to detail. This role involves providing administrative support to the legal team, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining confidentiality. If you are an organized individual with great communication skills we would love to hear from you. Able communicator for day-to-day liaison between lawyers members staff managers. Achieve high quality customer service by dealing effectively with clients visitors colleagues etc through various means for example letters emails telephone calls meetings presentations training etc as appropriate according all relevant laws regulations policies procedures other authorities within agreed deadlines efficiently accurately promptly under minimum supervision resulting consistently improving performance. Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality secretarial services as required * Assist attorneys court personnel government agencies vendors visitors & phone callers appropriately giving correct information staying abreast developments understanding goals needs priorities protocols professional duties responsibilities risk inherent potential app nature safe secure diligent results timely meeting based established, including studying planning decisions implementing communications records control    ubility opportunity work varied environment requires frequent change plans schemes project generalised ad-hoc wise /search task\
