As an Office Administrator, you'll support our brokers and management team with a wide range of administrative tasks, helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the insurance team
* Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars
* Maintain and update client records and documentation
* Assist with policy processing, invoicing, and renewals
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintain office supplies and equipment
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in an administrative role (insurance experience is an advantage)
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to €27,000.00 per year
