Overview:We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a photovoltaic (PV) park project on a 12-month freelance contract. The successful candidate will oversee civil works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery in line with project specifications.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on-siteEnsure works are carried out according to design, specifications, and safety standardsMonitor progress, quality, and compliance with project timelinesLiaise with contractors, subcontractors, and project management teamsReport on site activities and resolve any issues that ariseRequirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil SupervisorPrevious experience on infrastructure or renewable energy projects (PV preferred)Strong understanding of civil construction processes and site management
