We currently manage a significant portfolio of developments throughout the country.We are a focused multi-disciplined company, successfully managing and providing services and professional advice on all aspects of property management, including block management, property sales, property letting and facilities management.

We currently require an office administrator for an initial six moth contract.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist the property managers in managing the administration on all developments within the relevant portfolio and dealing with all queries between residents, tenants, developers and contractors.
Respond adequately to all client queries via post, fax, phone and e-mail, review of correspondence, approval of drafts where needed, ensure responses are sent.
Liaising with the relevant personnel in relation to works that are required on each development.
Support Finance function in the development and management of service budgets and expenditure control.
Support finance and credit control functions in collecting of service charges and payment of creditors
Completing requests for Requisitions 37, membership certificates and letters of indemnity.
Have knowledge of and operate in compliance with the Multi-Unit Development (MUD) Act.
Health & Safety management - Administration of Health & Safety Statements to include obtaining H&S Statements & Adequate Insurance Cover from relevant Contractors.
Other duties as requested
Qualifications and Skills
A relevant property management qualification and/or relevant experience would be advantageous
