We're hiring a
Finance Associate
to support financial operations across a diverse, international organisation. What you'll do
 * Manage and reconcile overseas bank and petty cash accounts, ensuring timely reporting and accuracy.
 * Support training for international office staff on finance processes and reporting.
 * Assist in debtor management, ad-hoc invoicing, and monthly reconciliations.
 * Collaborate across finance and administrative teams to maintain strong controls and meet audit standards.
 * Get involved in projects that improve financial reporting, process efficiency, and controls.
What we're looking for
 * A
 finance or business-related degree
 (Level 7 or higher).
 * 1-2 years' finance experience
 * or a graduate ready to take the next step.
 * Currently pursuing, or planning to pursue, an
 Accounting Technician, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
 .
 * Proficiency with Excel and financial systems, plus an eye for detail and continuous improvement.
 * A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
