We are currently recruiting an experienced
Senior Quantity Surveyor
for a well-established civil engineering contractor.
This is a
hybrid role
; the ideal candidate will be based in the Dublin region, supporting multiple live projects across Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost management, budgeting and forecasting
Preparation of BOQs, valuations, variations and final accounts
Contract administration and subcontractor management
Tendering, procurement and commercial reporting
Liaising with project managers, site teams and external stakeholders
Maintaining strong commercial control across multiple projects
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years' experience
in a Quantity Surveyor role
Experience in
civil engineering or infrastructure projects
Strong commercial and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Proficiency in Excel and QS software
Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required
