HR Generalist (Part-Time)Location: Headford Road, GalwayAbout Call PalCall Pal provides professional call answering and customer service solutions to businesses across Ireland. We're a people-focused company that believes in being professional with a personal touch, both in how we support our clients and how we look after our team.We are now looking for a Part-Time HR & Office Coordinator to join our Galway team. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, combining HR responsibilities with general office coordination and support.The RoleYou will manage day-to-day HR activity, including recruitment, appraisals and probation reviews, while also ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will handle stock procurement for Gray Offices, oversee supplies, and be the main point of contact for general staff queries.This is a practical, hands-on position where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact across both HR and office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main HR contact for the business, providing day-to-day support and guidance.Manage recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.Coordinate employee appraisals and probation reviews.Maintain employee files and ensure HR records are accurate and compliant.Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters and references.Monitor attendance, leave and general HR reporting.Support staff engagement and wellbeing initiatives.Manage office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels for Gray Offices.Liaise with payroll to ensure employee updates are processed correctly.Assist management with administrative and project-based tasks as required.About YouYou are approachable, organised and enjoy being the person who keeps things running smoothly.
