Director of Clinical Operations
**Job Description:**
The Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for leading the operational strategy and implementation of clinical trial management. This individual will oversee clinical operations activities and decisions, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are aligned with applicable regulations and company standards.
* Develop and implement operational strategies to drive early study planning, budgeting, and timeline management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of process and approaches across clinical study teams
* Oversee clinical study budgets, ensuring timely delivery of quality operational deliverables
* Drive decision-making and integrate all operational considerations for studies within a clinical program
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare)
* Minimum 12 years of related experience in pharmaceutical industry, with 8 years in clinical operations
* Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
