Conveyancing Legal Secretary

(Office Based Position)
Responsibilities
1. Typing from dictations (letters, emails, etc.)
2. Drafting and editing (including formatting) legal documents such as letters, contracts, and briefs
3. Drafting closing documents (section 72, Family Home Declarations)
4. Typing requisitions on title from dictation
5. Opening and maintaining files on the practice management program and physically
6. Scheduling deeds
7. Copying documents for contract bundles
8. Invoicing
Required Attributes
* First work experience, ideally in the field of commercial conveyancing
* Well organized
* High level of attention to detail
* Team player
