Jacobs is offering a structured two‑year Graduate Development Programme (GDP) for Civil Engineering graduates, focusing on highway design and construction. The role is based in Dublin with a September 2026 start date.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies and scheme reports.
* Support the design of highway schemes from initial concept through to construction.
* Collaborate with senior engineers and mentors to develop professional engineering skills.
Qualifications
* A Masters level qualification in Civil Engineering (Environmental Engineering, AI, Data) or progressing towards it.
* A flexible self‑starter with a passion for driving a career forward.
* Adaptable to change and keen to learn new skills.
* Permanent right to work in Ireland.
